We work across a wide range of live events, including conference design, exhibitions, brand activations, corporate events, festivals, and outdoor installations. If design impacts the audience experience, we’re involved.


4. Do you only provide design, or can you help with delivery too?
Our core focus is 3D design and event design visualisation, but we design with real-world production in mind.
In regions like the UK and Australia, we can also support live event delivery by recommending or providing experienced production managers.

A brief, mood board, venue plan, or even a rough idea is enough. We’re used to shaping early-stage thinking into clear event design concepts using 3D.

Timelines depend on complexity, but most 3D event design projects range from a few days to a few weeks.
For example, a standard conference stage design for 500–1000 attendees with a clear venue plan can take 1–2 days for initial 3D concepts, plus another 1–2 days for revisions and refinements.


7. Can you work with international clients?
Absolutely. We deliver event design and 3D design for live events globally, including Australia, the UK, the US, and the Middle East.
Time zones just mean we schedule coffee differently.

We primarily use Blender and SketchUp for 3D design, alongside industry tools from Autodesk and Cinema 4D when required.
This allows us to integrate seamlessly into existing event design and production workflows.


18. Do you offer graphic design as well?
Yes. While we lead with 3D event design, we also support graphic design for live events, including print and digital assets.
We can work with your existing files or create editable assets, even in tools like Canva if your team needs flexibility.


19. Can you turn 3D designs into video content?
Yes, we can create high-quality 3D animation and walkthrough videos of your event design.
These take longer to render, so with a bit of notice, we can produce powerful visual content for pitches, marketing, or stakeholder presentations.


20. Can we share and use the 3D event designs?
Yes. Once the project is paid for, you’re free to use the 3D event design assets as needed.
We won’t share your designs publicly unless we have your permission.


21. Can you attend client or stakeholder meetings?
Absolutely. We regularly support agencies and suppliers by presenting event design concepts and 3D visuals directly to end clients, helping bring ideas to life and secure buy-in.
